D1.1Project branding guidelinesThe deliverable will be a document in which the visual identity of the project will be defined.The document will define the colour to be used, the idea that should be represented in the project logo, the look and the content of the website.
D2.1Roundtable with stakeholdersEvent E2.1, Half-day roundtable with stakeholders (e.g., teachers, school directors), followed by half-day discussion of the project partners. To optimize costs, the event will be combined with the kick-off meeting (E1.1). Participants: at least one representative of each partner in the consortium; 10-20 teachers/school directors/other stakeholders. Input from the public authorities involved in the project will be essential in engaging stakeholders and organizing the event. The report of the event will describe the results of the round table and will serve as input of D2.2 and D2.3
D2.2Requirements specificationThis document will define the requirements of the coding camp handbook and the supporting technical learning and innovation platform. Format: PDF document Language: English

D5.2Communication and Dissemination PlaThis deliverable will collect the input from all the partners. The Communication and Dissemination Plan will describe, for every activity: Activity name, whether it is communication or dissemination, responsible partner, aimed target groups and stakeholders, goals/result to be disseminated, means, predicted timing, predicted audience, state of achievement and activity outcomes. The Communication Dissemination Plan will be reviewed and published thrice, with its results being discussed during the partners’ meetings. Format: PDF Language: English
D5.3First Communication and Dissemination ReportThis deliverable will include a report on the details of the communication activities. We will adopt a schema in which for each activity output, results and impact will be specified. Format: PDF Language: English
D5.4Website and social media pages (first deliverable)A Website used as a cross-communication point, both to disseminate the actions of the project. Public area will be available in all the languages of the project partners and German. An open access area will be available for sharing all the materials useful to implement the non conventional learning experiences (such as handbook, learning materials, and so forth). Social media channels will be used to promote project activities.The site will be developed with good practices of web design and ensuring accessibility. Sharper Night (Bari, Italy)SHARPER is one of the projects supported by the European Commission during the European Researchers' Night in 2024/2025 and aims to involve all citizens in discovering the profession and the role in society of the researcher. The event took place on 27 September 2024 and 26 September 2025. In Bari, OSCAR project was presented at the ‘Artificial Intelligence and Serious Game’ stand in Piazza Umberto I, on 27 September, from 10 am to 10 pm. OSCAR project and activities (coding camps) were presented to all students, teachers and citizens during the ERN event. The Rollup and the leaflet were used to invite them to follow our social and to keep them informed about the organization of coding camps.27.09.24

ERN - European Researchers' Night (Spain)In Spain, the ERN event took place on 27 September 2024 in different cities. Throughout the afternoon, at the Universitat Jaume I in Castelló students and citizens were able to enjoy scientific demonstrations, talks by women researchers, collaborative games, etc. The OSCAR project was presented from 5p.m to 7p.m in the demonstrators room of the Espaitec II building of the Universitat Jaume I where the advantages of virtual reality applied to education were shown.Exhibition27.09.2024
